We hope you'll use this tool to communicate with us and review your housing assistance payments.

CHANGES IN YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION
Please make sure your ACH Form along with your voided check has been submitted to NRHA.

Changes to your financial institution must be reported no later than the 16th of each month in order to be effective for the following 1st of the month deposit.

PAYMENT SCHEDULES
All payments will be deposited on the 1st of the month unless the 1st falls on the weekend or a holiday; In that instance the deposit will take place on the next business day.

SELLING YOUR PROPERTY/CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP
Owners wishing to change ownership must supply all information as requested by NRHA, and the owner must receive written consent from NRHA prior to assigning a HAP contract to a new owner.

The new owner must agree to be bound by and comply with the HAP contract.
